Our Optical Coherence Tomography Scanners (OCT) use light to scan your eyes in 3D giving incredibly detailed images that allow us to view areas of the eye invisible to standard examination techniques.
This advanced procedure is comfortable and fast. A range of images are produced which can then be reviewed and saved for future comparison. OCT screening in combination with a normal eye test allows us to obtain the most detailed information about overall eye health, providing reassurance that all is well, or the opportunity to refer someone for treatment at an early stage, when this is likely to be most effective.
We recommend OCT as part of your regular eye test, for the additional cost of only £29.
